Bruce and Leslie are too kind! They have treated me awesome since I switched over to their agency! I would strongly suggest stopping by to see what their agency is all about.

I've given Bruce and Leslie a zillion opportunities to earn all of my business, and each time some serious customer service issue keeps me from insuring all my policies with this agency. He talks a good game, because he's in love with himself and it shows, but when push comes to shove, he can't deliver anything he promises, and certainly can't do it on time. He's always out of town, has his computers down for some silly reason (Computers down for days because of new carpet? Are you serious?!), is running his staff ragged, or simply fails to respond to repeated phone calls or emails. I'm done trying to make this agency that's blocks away from my business work for me.
