Provided by YP.comVery UNHAPPY with their serrvice on 9-14-11. I contacted them knowing my main sewer was backed up but I also saw a leak from a pipe. So I called them and their tech, Jim, comes out and takes a look. Says the leak is actually the vent pipe getting backed up by the clogged main drain - and that has to be cleared first. So clear it - nope - got to call another company to do that. WHAT?!? They listed themselves under clearing sewers and drains - but only do the plumbing side. So I got charged $156 for some words and NO WORK what-so-ever being done. I can understand $50 for a service call and advise but not $156!!! Especially since I could have called someone else to take care of both issues at the same time for much less money. This is messed up!!
