His name is Chris Koenig. Promised the driveway will look like brand new when he is done. He just put a band of asphalt across the driveway and some dark gray stuff across the edge of the partial asphalt he had put in, painted the whole place with dark sealant and said he was done. It looks awful. It doesn't even look close to a new installed asphalt like he said. Did not do the things he said he was going to do. Called him and does not answer the phone.

I am so sorry that there is 1 in the bunch not happy with our service. Blacktop & Associates provided professionalism to all customers.

Getting a new driveway from Blacktop Driveway was the worst experience ever. The "owner" of the business was extremely rude and unprofessional, after tearing up our driveway and telling us he'd be back in 2 weeks, they came pounding on my front door at 6 in the morning after 1 week and demanded that I move my cars so they can lay the blacktop. Normally this wouldn't have been a issue, but they gave absolutely no warning of their arrival. When I asked if they could wait for a hour so my 2 year old daughter the owner started yelling at me and screaming about how he was going to charge more money for wasting their time. I started asking for the phone number of someone I could complain to when the guy said he was the company owner, when I tried to explain the situation I only got hostility form the gentleman, who refused to give me his name or any information about his "company". I took a picture of the side of his truck so I could get the company name and phone number and he started screaming that it was illegal to take that picture. Apparently we didn't know that the guy who we talked to to start the job didn't work for the driveway company and just sold the job. If your getting a new driveway steer clear of these guys!!! You will save yourself a lot of headache.

they did a very poor job and did not do all that they said they would.they took down fence used water frome house and did not put back water hose or fence the way it was. they said pay when done then called and said they need 2,000 for tar for drive way.i could go on and on but will stop. boss came out and yelled at me because i told them they were not doing what they said

call with concerns like big ruts in driveway and not doing what they said they would do and no help they say they will call back and never do call back again and they say will call back in a.m. and yes they don't.
