Big Sky Hobby is a retail hobby store located in Eagan, MN. We specialize in RC airplanes and helicopters, and we also dip into RC boats, cars and trucks. We welcome any kind of special orders! We opened in this location on October 1, 2008, and we are quickly growing. We are extremely active in our community, and are glad to donate prizes or give discounts on merchandise for any of your events - RC or not! Most recently, Big Sky Hobby donated several gift certificates to a basketball tournament for deaf children. We are also excited to promote all kinds of RC events, be it local club meetings or huge swap meets! Send your event information or flyer to News@BigSkyHobby.com, and we will happily promote your event in our monthly newsletter, and post it on our events board in our store! Big Sky Hobby has a reputation for the lowest prices around! If you browse our web site, you will notice that you must add many of our items to your cart before you can see our prices - this is because we actually sell our items below MAP pricing, which means that our prices are so low they can't legally be advertised! Big Sky Hobby is owned by Jeremy Steinmueller, who has not only been involved in all kinds of RC for over 20 years, he has worked in and owned RC hobby shops for over 15 years! He is well-known throughout the Midwest and even the nation for his knowledge and expertise. Jeremy is at the store every day during business hours, Monday through Saturday, 10 am - 6 pm.

I was unable to get my motor to run on my Carbon Cub S+ after installing the flap server and purchased a new transmitter and receiver, Troy and Jeremy saved the day by troubleshooting the problem in like 5 to 7 minutes....everything on my RC plane is good to go...Thanks again guys, greatly appreciated...

Awesome store!

Big Sky Hobby is the best RC store I've ever been to. They have a great selection of kits and I don't think you'll ever find a shop that can bet his in stock hardware/supplies. Jeremy is a very knowledgeable and friendly guy who will go out of his way to help his customers - even so far as losing a sale by talking me out of a purchase that was beyond my skills!! Now that IS customer service.

Awesome Store

This is by far the greatest hobby shop I've ever dealt with in terms of stock on hand,lowest prices and the most important thing to me is the customer service.The owner of the shop,Jeremy always goes above and beyond in helping me with any questions I need answered and also if I need my radio programmed or a repair he takes the time to work on what needs fixing and usually gets it repaired on the spot and the best thing is he does it as a service to all his customers and doesn't ever charge which is kind of unheard of but that's the way he does business always with a smile and a helpful hand when needed.You'd be hard pressed to ever find any other hobby shop that is this awesome all the way around (end of story)!This is the only place for all my hobby needs and once you visit you'll a customer for life.Kuddos to Jeremy and Big Sky Hobby simply awesome!
