The overall quality and selection at AV Diamonds was exceptional. The personal service I received was simply outstanding. They really made me feel special. Of all the jewelry purchases I have made, I left there feeling like I had received the best possible value.

This is the only store I would even consider getting my fine jewelry from. They are very knowledgeable and helpful (Eli & Jody). But the most important thing to me is how much I trust them - personally I would not by jewelry anywhere else!

Had terrific service when I went in to look for a gift for my mom. Jody took a lot of time to review the different pieces with me. Will definitely be back!

I took my Wedding rings in to be re-sized and fixed. They were so friendly and helpful and told me exactly what they could do for me. (I had been told at a different place they couldn't be fixed). When I picked them up, I was surprised at the quality of work that had been done! The rings looked brand new and were beautiful! I would highly recommend AV Diamonds to anyone! The price was reasonable and the work was excellent!!!

From the moment I walked into AV Diamonds and Jewelry I felt that I was treated with the kind of attention that comes with a real hometown business. The staff is knowledgeable, very friendly and interested in doing what's best for you. They greet everyone who enters the store with a warm welcome and let you know they will be with you as soon as possible. I am not one of their long time customers but will be from now on.

Took a very high quality ring in to have small repairs done, came out a total mess. Poor quality workmanship charged me twice as much as they quoted me. This was the second trip to the store, after diamond fell out after first repair. Destroyed my set would not recommend taking anything there that you value at all.

I went in with a stone that was a family heirloom and went into the store and we sketched a design for the ring and loved it. Came back picked it up and was flawless and at a great price! I would recommend AV Diamonds and Gold over any mainstream store any day because you get quality customer service that can not be match.

I spent months visiting way over a half dozen jewlery stores from Mpls, Richfield, Burnsville, Bloomington, St Louis Park, and etc. getting, appraisals on my dream ring I had waited 20 years for. I noticed AV Jewlers while eating lunch at a resteraunt across the street from them. I explained to them what I have been looking for waiting for another outrageous reply of cost. SHOCK & SUPRISE!! THEY NOT ONLY SAID THEY COULD DO IT, THEY DID IT!!They made exactly what I wanted. A 2 carat round beautiful clear diamond, sapphires on each side of the diamond and the 8 marques to be set under the saphfires. My ring is FABULOUS. They are fabulous. It is by far the best jewlery store you can find , they are honorable, reliable and will work with you on whatever your dream may be. Pamela VG
