Lied about warranty coverage. I contacted the manufacture who stated they never even submitted a claim. Manufacturer contacted the store on my behalf and was told they would issue me a refund... Never happened.

We are always very happy with the service for repairs, as well as the extensive range of replacement parts and bags available. It saves us a lot of time and money to use AAA. They are real experts. We recently bought a Dirt Devil hand vac to replace an old one that finally died, and we couldn't find this type of hand vac anywhere else but the Dirt Devil website, which would have cost us more. Within a day we had our new Dirt Devil. Great store!

AAA is a gem! When no one else could repair a favorite vacuum cleaner of my wife's, they did it. Their staff was friendly, and very interested in fixing my issue. They did a great job, I would and will go back to them!
