We are a family owned and operated business delivering value for money since 1945. We have been handcrafting high quality mattresses and adjustable beds for more than 70 years. Extremely Poor Customer Service

I bought a mattress from RESTWELL in april 2012. In March 2013 i filed a complain at Restwell in St. Louis Park that the mattress is sinking in the middle. We paid 870 dollars for it and what they mentioned at the time of purchase , it's not meeting the criteria. They jerked me around for couple of months and finally after 2 months of follow up they said there is nothing they can do... Extremely poor customer service, not complete information given about mattress and play with your mind with words.I will never recommend anyone to deal with them.See BBB CASE#: 57254622 for full details.

What a difference

I purchased a Memory foam bed for my wife and I abbout 6 months ago, after sleeping on a temporpedic for two years, we found we were sweating alot more, and it felt well... claustrophobic. We liked the support but it was well maybe too soft, it feels like you sink into it, anyway it just wasn't quite right and my sleep time is important to me, so we decided to see what else was out there. We shopped around, tried different beds, most felt good but when we tried the "Meridian" memory foam bed it was a big AHHHH moment. It seemed to have the best qualities not too soft, the foam seems alittle more hmm - porous, like it breathes, we don't sweat at night, we don't toss and turn, and I actually feel better in the morning, I feel like a had a full nights rest, and that just makes for a good start to the day. Thank You Restwell keep up the great work I will recommend you to my friends and family. Oh and did I mention the price? Unbelievable LESS THAN HALF THE PRICE of the temporpedic!!!! T

Very Poor Customer Service

I bought an adjustable bed I wanted set up after a move and the employees moving the mattress scraped the walls and did damage. The manager promised to reimburse me for damages and told me he wouldn't charge me for the set up and then renegged. He was rude and lazy. The mattress really didn't last the length of time I was told when I bought the bed, so I went to JC Penney to purchase a new mattress for my adjustable bed instead of return to Restwell. They need to learn some basics at Restwell to be a serious competitor in the industry.
