I frequently rent vehicles for business purposes and always use this branch. There are several branches within convenient distance from the office but I prefer the St Louis Park location due to the excellent customer service.
Reservations are quick and easy, they do their best to be flexible based on my need, and check in/out is a breeze.
I have never had a problem with any vehicle and staff are quick to address any questions or concerns. They are friendly, accommodating, and pleasant even during the busiest of times.
