RIDICULOUS

This company has terrible customer service skills and are just plain RUDE! I have used this company more than once and therefore feel i have fully given them a chance to wow the customer. I have always paid my loan on time and have even finished paying early on more than one ocassion and still they manage to treat me like a scab...a rat with typhus would probably get treated better than me ...if he were straight. that's right, i believe whole heartedly that this company doesn't appreciate my business because i am a homosexual, a very obvious but clean dressed, store manager with excellent employment history . I never took it personally until i saw the difference in the way they treated their next customer whom walked in, wonderfully...like they (world finance) couldn't wait to write them a check and with the dignity and respect that most every person derserves when using your business. That next customer happened to be a straight male and his wife. This company had no issue speaking with the man and his wife in a friendly manor , meanwhile they verbally abused my partner of seven yrs , and to make it worse our six yr old son was with us.
