For our initial pool opening appointment, they went to the wrong house, and then rushed through opening our pool when they finally arrived. The next week they missed our scheduled appointment without contacting us, but came a different day. I was not able to confirm the work that was performed. Then, they just stopped showing up! After multiple phone calls and emails to the office, I never received a response or an explanation. Now, I have a pool that has not been serviced in weeks! Would never recommend using them.

Have used Wizard in previous years and was very satisfied with their work and customer service. Something has changed. Office is run poorly. No one ever answers phone. Unable to diagnose problems correctly. With the multitude of pool service people in the area, I would look elsewhere.
