I went to this business over my lunch hour on Thursday, March 14, 2013 looking to purchase an egress window for a basement project. I looked at the windows in the show room and was never greated by an employee or sales person. I went to the order desk - talked to a sales consultant named Chris. Chris was impatient, rude, did not take time to understand my project, was not helpful at all in my selection of the window. I was told over the phone that order time was one to two weeks; Chris stated that window delivery would be 2 to 3 weeks and "that is just the way it is". He could not show me a picture of the window I was about to order; - I did place an order but truly can say this rude person did not earn the business! I will be purchasing additional home products, windows, doors, patio doors - not sure that I will do business with this company in the future. If I do business this store - I will look for a friendlier sales person to work with. I will update this post once the window has been delivered to the store and completion of the project. You may be better off doing business with Home Depot or Lowes!!
