I'm very disappointed with my experience with Weekends Only. After renting a home depot pickup and arranging for a friend help me pick up my furniture and bring it home to setup. We discovered an item was broken, as it was missing the threads in the legs of an item for screws to be securely placed.

After holding for about 45 mins, I spoke to a Weekends Only rep who rescheduled the delivery for the following week. I took off work to ensure I'd be home for the delivery. The day prior to the scheduled delivery, I received a call saying they'd deliver between 11 & 12. Upon waking up on the actual day of delivery I had a missed call and VM at 8:00 am saying I'd missed my delivery! After waiting on hold for an HOUR I spoke with a representative who informed me they would be back to deliver within the hour.

A few hours later I received not a call but a voicemail saying I'd again missed my delivery. After waiting about 30 mins, i spoke with the customer service rep who informed me that they wouldn't be back to deliver it and that if I want the furniture I'd have to now pay a delivery fee!

Now the call going to voicemail is probably on my carrier, that is something neither myself or W.O. had control over however, from my perception this company was not doing their best to deliver my furniture and I feel they are trying to squeeze money from me. Not once did the delivery drivers ring my doorbell! The customer service woman informed me she would reschedule my deliver for today (Tuesday, July 28th) and would escalate my concern about the delivery fee. Upon calling this morning, as I'd not received an email or a day-before call like it happened for the first attempted delivery, I reached out to W.O. only to find out my re-delivery was never actually scheduled! And guess who took off work AGAIN to ensure I'd be here for the delivery!

This is a complete mess! I'm losing money to try and be here for this delivery and Weekend's Only wants me to pay additional money because their delivery coordination is off. This shows me they care nothing about me as a customer, especially during this time of recession! I will not spend my money with them again. I'm highly disappointed.

I bought the bed last Jan, and it is broken 2 times already
it is my fault, because I didn't really check the quality when I bought. We paid delivery fee about 130$? and we took our bed out and they came without one of the parts, so we had to pick that up in person otherwise we wanna sleep on the floor for few days. I complained but nothing
few months later,broken..
I called and updated my number and new our address
but they called my husband's number
I usually have off for weekdays not my husband. They only visit weekdays well then,can you please contact me? not him?
he fixed it and he said it's because of lots of activities on bed..?

and after 1month,
I was sitting on the bed alone and was about to get out and lost my balance cause one of the frame fell off the other frame

seriously? I called and asked to call my number because my husband can't take a phone weekdays!
and they made an appointment and of course they didn't come
so my husband called them and complained. We wanted to get a credit or exchange it but they can only exchange same bed if we bring the pieces..we said it doesn't fit out car well we have to pay the delivery and she said well she will figure it out with manager but of course she didnt call us back
so I called again and complained and made sure to call my number. and they never say sorry
just she made an appointment for another day
so today I was staying at home but awsome they called my husband what the...I called few mins ago. she checked to Technician he is already in another state and never say sorry I should have called them in the morning
it's too late. How do I know it's too late to call at2pm
they dont give me hour window something
and they say my husband dont get the phone
that's why I called so many times for my number!!!!!
I was working at other furniture store and it's super easy to change the primary number Jesus

Great customer service. Nice furniture. My only complaint is how terrible the pickup service is!!! I waited an hour and 15 min. for one of the workers to bring out the rug that I purchased. Waiting that long considering that I had my 2 year old with me = not good!!! Pickup service needs to have something done differently so the wait time isn't so long. I chose to give a one star because no one should have to wait and hour or more to get their stuff. Max pickup wait time should be no more then 20 min. Not happy at all with this pickup service!

Avoid Weekendsonly furniture! I purchase a sofa, love seat and bed set there last July and the loveseat already broke. Tried to use the warranty service and it took me 4 phone calls and 1 threat to have my lawyer to contact them before I could get a date for a repair man to come out to look at I. I had to chase them down again today to have them tell me they are replacing but I will have to pick it up myself or pay 50.00 for delivery. No way are they getting another damn dime. I paid 376 for the loveseat 77 for the protection plan and 100 for delivery on the original order. I filed a complaint with the bbb and will fight them to the end. I will never purchase there again!!!

Paid for a brand new recliner and let them talk us into the 2 year extended warranty. Now we need our chair fixed less than 6 months later and the warranty people refuse to help us. They gave us a link to upload pictures of the damage to the chair and they picture uploader will not work. We called and explained this and they just put us on hold until we could not wait any longer and had to hang up. That has happened 7 times so far. When we called the Weekends store we bought the chair from they said they cannot help us and that only the warranty company could help us. Needless to say..........DEAD END ROAD and we still have a broken chair we paid an extra $80 for no reason. $480 + tax in the hole on this one. I DO NOT RECOMMEND.

Poor quality and scammed into buying extended warranty.



Sectional seam tore within weeks and then ensued the never ending process of trying to get the extended warranty we bought to repair it. It has been over 6 months and the last call to Weekends Only resulted in them telling me to get someone myself to fix the tear and they would reimburse me (yeah right).



Do yourself a favor and shop with a reputable furniture store.

They stunk. Salesman walked right past me and went to my husband looking at bedroom furniture. Guess who was buying? Me. Rude. Cheap products. Not worth the weekend. And I was going to spend some serious dollars but not for lack of respect that I got from them.

first let me start by saying i will never shop at another weekends only ever again. About a month ago my wife purchased two twin beds and a queen bedroom set that she loved very much. upon delivery we recieved the twin beds and a bedroom set that she did not even pick out. the delivery guys were supposed to set up everything up but instead the just dropped everything off in our living room and had us sign knowing that they were supposed to set everything up. after my wife noticed that the queen bed set that was delivered was not even the one she picked out which then made her very upset. we headed to the store to try to figure out what was going on and there was a mix up with the code for the bed we had purchased. Anyway they told us they would order the one she picked out and it would be delivered in two weeks. Two weeks went by then a third and a forth and still nothing not to mention we gave our old fruniture away so we have been sleeping on the floor for that amount of time with no furniture set. When my wife called to see what was going on they first said they had the bed set and the delivery date came and no one showed up so she called again and they said two more weeks. By now it has been over a month we have no bedroom set. they keep saying two more weeks. my wife said forget it and went and got a refund that we still have to wait to be credited back to us. hopefully they will not say two more weeks for that too
