I went to Dr. White for the first time last week and I'm very glad I didn't read the reviews below or I might not have chosen him. I'm not sure where these guys went, but I can't believe it was the same place I visited. My first visit was extremely professional and pleasant, and was mainly an assessment visit. My visit yesterday was to get the actual work done. I have never, and I mean NEVER had a dentist be so attentive to my needs during a procedure. I had a root canal done and three fillings, (my choice to have it all done at one time) and Dr. White was amazing! He let me rest my jaw several times showing no sign of impatience, and at the first hint of discomfort he stopped what he was doing and made sure it didn't hurt any more. I have never been to a dentist who so obviously cares about his patients and their comfort. I've found my dentist for life! Thank you Dr. White.

I made my first appointment with Webster Dental Care for a routine exam and cleaning. No sooner than I walked through the door they started explaining how they cannot just clean my teeth that they must do a 360 degree x-ray and individual x-rays. This is standard procedure and was quite inexpensive actually.



However when it came to cleaning my teeth she only scraped three or four teeth at all. Telling me "these really aren't that bad." She then said "oh, you've got a five so I would recommend deep root scaling and planing." I said "I've long had a few fives" at which time she told me they're all fives now.



I know how pocket depths are measured and know for a fact she only measured a few points on two teeth. With my previous dentist they were measured, charted, then monitored to see if they were worsening or improving. But the process took was one person measuring and reading the measurements and another logging their measurements onto a chart.



Anyway, she said it was almost $1,300 for the procedure but because of some special I could have it done for slightly under $900. I told her I would have to wait, maybe next time.



She then polished four to six of my front teeth and that was it!



No teeth were truly cleaned and only a few were polished. I came home and used my own dental pick to see if they were clean and was able to scrape plaque from near my gum-line.



They also found one small cavity and provided me a written quote to have it filled one week later. After the filling was performed they charged me about 30% more than the quoted price. I paid without complaint but will not be returning to their office for any future dental cleanings or procedures.

Do not believe the commercials. I had a horrible experience with this office. Very unprofessional staff... I was in constant pain and in pain for several months later. Dr. White started cussing when he broke my tooth. He did not pay attention to where the pain was and broke tooth on other side of mouth. Let's just say it this way, they never charged me because of all of their screw-ups. I say "Run" there are far better dentists out there and Dr. White is not one of them. If I could I would give them -10 star rating.

This is my husband's dentist, he was lured by the commercials! They promise far more than they deliver. We have spent a fortune and he is very unsatisfied with his dental implants. He trusted a dentist who does not know the limits of his skill set! We are considering a law suit, that's how horrible this event has turned out. The staff are very unfriendly and unremarkable.We will update this information as we proceed with trying to resolve this with Dr. White first. Wish us luck!

Dr. White is the most caring Dentist that I have ever been to. I needed a tooth pulled my Dentist went home and left me hurting. So my husband found Dr. White and I called their office at five o'clock and he said to come down he would wait for me. He pulled my tooth it was ten o'clock at night when we where done show me a Dentist that would do that and their prices are great too. Dr. White you are our new family Dentist thank you for all your help.

I had to get a crown. No big deal right? It took a month and a half of fitting me for 2 crowns. Neither one fit right. Finally they gave me my money back, and now I have to start over at another dentist. Dr. Jen does not know what she is doing, the male doctor tried to fix my issue, but I just wanted to go somewhere else. Wouldn't recommend them..
