I will NEVER go here again. I went to get an oil change. Sat there for an hour before they told me they didn't have my oil filter. Then I decided to check my oil that night and my car was BONE DRY! They didn't offer anything at all not even an apology. What kind of dealership lets a year old car leave the shop without a drop of oil in it?

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!!!!!

Service Writer LIED in order to convince me that I had to spend $1000.00 on repairs that could have been done elsewhere for less. He then increased the price to $1400.00 without adding any repairs. The next day, he said that the car did not need the part that made the car dangerous to begin with, but the price did not go down, instead it went up!! The Service Manager and the General Manager did not care that SCARE TACTICS were used to convince a mother and teenager that the car was too dangerous to moved, even when towing to an alternate repair shop was suggested!! Instead, the Service Writer stated, "I have an 18y/o daughter and I would not allow her to drive this car" in an effort to make both of us to afraid to take the care somewhere else more affordable for repairs. Weber Chevrolet, then did additional work without approval and refused to remove the $260.00 in charges. THIS BUSINESS TOOK ADVANTAGE OF A TEENAGE GIRL, by stating that her right front wheel was "Too Badly Damaged to Drive On" and the next day changed their mind when they failed to have the correct wheel. This means that the car could have been taken to another repair shop for a 2nd Opinion, rather than be LIED TO, in order to make $1000.00 from a teenager! SHAME ON WEBER CHEVROLET! I Would NEVER Trust Weber Chevrolet in Creve Coeur, Missouri with any car repair, especially if You Value Your Safety or Your Teenager's Safety!

I have had exceptional service from all areas at Weber Chevrolet. I would have no problem recommending them to any of my family or friends.

The website said $6, 000 off no gimmicks everyone qualifies!!.apparently there are gimmicks bc we didn't qualify. the sales manager said advertising writes it not him. don't make a special trip!! I will never go there again, and certainly never tell anyone I know to go there!!

The service department is exceptional. They provided service beyond my expectations, saved me a large expense that another Chevrolet dealer in north county was not willing to do.

Having just had a new baby I needed to buy a more family-friendly car. ( I was currently driving a convertible) I was interested in an Equinox with leather and a sunroof and wanted to test drive a 4 cylinder versus a 6 cylinder. The salesman told me that since it was a 'family' decision the company wants to only let me test drive when my husband was present! I laughed and told him this would not work for me, he complied half-heartedly and let me test-drive. The ONLY reason I didn't tell him that his behavior was highly offensive and sexist and walk out was because I was paying a babysitter to be home with newborn just so I could car shop. I would NEVER do business with this firm. I strongly feel if my husband had walked in and said the same thing this salesman would NEVER have required his wife to be present. I didn't have the heart to tell this guy that when I bought my last car, I walked into Plaza Motors, made a deal and wrote a personal check--all within an hour and all by MYSELF!!! ----In addition, when I relayed this story to my mom she said her best friend had the exact same experience at Weber Chevrolet last year and did walk out.

I have purchased over 10 vehicles from this store. I have found them upfront and fair. There are not many stores out there that are this good.
