CLOSED NOW - Opens at 7:30am

I brought a suit in to be cleaned on Dec 30th 2014. I informed the woman at the counter that I was having the suit cleaned for New Years Eve and therefore I would need it the next day. She assured me that an employee would call me as soon as the suit was ready in the morning. She also told me that J watson would be closing at 4 pm on Dec 31st. I didn't receive a call the next morning. I went to J Watson at 1pm when I got off work. The door was locked but the lights were on. I knocked on the door and tried calling them. I returned at 2:30 pm and the lights were off. So I didn't get my suit back when it was promised. Today (Jan 2nd 2015) I returned to pick up the suit. A different woman was behind the counter. I asked why I wasn't called and why J Watson had closed early on Dec 31st. She was very rude to me and did not apologize or even pretend to care that I was inconvenienced. After making several excuses she finally told me I did not have to pay. I just wanted proper service.
