The owner employs the family from hell to manage and clean. I was washing and drying my clothes late and left to run errands while they were in the dryer. I came back well before closing time to fold my clothes, but they had closed the laundry early! So I came back the following morning expecting to find them still in the dryer, but they were not there. No one but the staff would have removed them. There was no one there running the place or a sign to explain who to call. I wasted a lot of time trying to track down a # for the people running it who wouldn't answer and finally got the owner who got them to call (who were at home, lazy and low class trash) who lied and said they removed my cloths and put them in the bathroom in "lost and found"! There was no such area and my clothes were not in the bathroom. I said why did you close early and why didn't you leave them in the dryer for me to find the next morning where I left them! They gave me a bunch of baloney. They said that they put them there because they had to clean. I asked them to come to the laundry and open the locked office door to see if they were in there. They refused! So I had to keep calling the owner demanding that he get them to since it made no sense that someone could have taken them. I even looked in the trash. The owner after trying to back up the trashy people's story but I threatened to have the police come there and finally he got the trashy son and
mother that run the place to come to open the office. I had to wait and this all took hours but I would not leave until they showed me that they werent in the office. When they came they tried not to. But when pressured finally brought my clothes out of the office!!!! Unbelievable!!! Theyre the same ones that had closed the night before and they knew they were in there the whole time! They created the whole situation and then kept lying about it. They would not apologize and in fact threatened me! I called the police! They were mad that I proved they were lying, conniving,
dishonest pathetic excuses for existence. I got no apology from the owner who I called to tell him that they had lied and that they were just too lazy to have come down there to get them out of the office that they never should have been put into in the first place! He should have fired them!

I've lived in the area for several years and this is one of the nicest places I've ever washed my clothes at.
