Provided by YPmobilethe customer service is horrible. I called 5 times and got transferred to electronics and every time I was hung up on without speaking to anyone, they would pick up the phone and hangup, I could hear them. I got transferred to 3 different people finally getting the manager and all he did was apologize about the horrible work ethic. HIRE PEOPLE WITH A WILL TO WORK AND HEADS ON THEIR SHOULDERS!! I will never again step foot in this store nor call or shop there again. the place needs an employee makeover bad. steer clear of this Wal-Mart if you want a pleasnt place to shop.
