So glad to have found Victor in Tower Grove South! He knows me, my personality, my hair and what I like and don't like.

0 stars. This was the worst, most unprofessional salon expierence I have ever had. I had been to this salon before but I hadn't come in a very long time because Victor has always had a temperment problem and depending on his mood is how my haircut would turn out but I decided to give him another try and he completely botched my hair. My layers and bangs were butchered & uneven. I understand the dif sides of your hair aren't suppose to be twins they're suppose to be "sisters" but this was way beyond that so the next day I tried to call victor to tell him I was displeased with the haircut in hope of coming to a civil solution. At first he dodged my calls so I had to call him from my daughters cell phone number then he finally picked up. After explaining the situation, he started yelling and cursing me out on the phone telling me I was a psychopath (whichwas one of the nicer things he said to me) because I left the salon & seemed fine but now I'm calling and unhappy then he hung up on me.

Awful Awful ,very unprofessional, My wife had a Sunday appointment to have a cut and color,come 8 am on Sun, she wakes up not feeling well,So I call the salon to cancel, Man answers phone ,says"ok ,thanks for calling" and hangs up, ten minute later a very angry and abusive man named Vic calls my cell and say that I am never ever to call his salon or to come there .Wow ,thought calling to cancel was appropriate, even at the late hour.

Victor has been my stylist for over 10 years now. He is amazing. His techniques are excellent, his prices are competitive with his experience (over 20 years). If you are looking for a great style, a new look, or someone that just knows how to do it right, go see Victor. You won't be stepping into a salon full of questionable cosmetologists, but just one experienced stylist that knows his stuff. Victor is owner and stylist. He is always busy, but makes sure he finds time to fit you in. Don't take it from me; try Victor and you won't need to keepn looking!
