I went to Verve because it looks young and trendy and figured they would have some good stylists. The stylist gave me such a terrible cut, I was actually sad! My hair is long so it isnt that hard to trim it up, I can do it usually. To top it off, my stylist talked the whole time about herself, and I am too nice that I ended up talking the whole time too about stuff I dont care about just because she was so dim-witted. I wanted to ask the receptionist to get another stylist to fix it up but just left feeling like I threw my money away. Bad customer service!!!!!

Where did they learn to cut hair. I have never had a bad haircut till now. It will take 6 months before my hair looks good again. I would strongly reccommend rethinking this place for your own good!!! Very Disappointed:'(

I was so disappointed not only by the rude receptionist but how terrible my hair cut was and how dull the color turned out. The only nice thing about the salon is its looks and thats not saying much. The attitude is unreal. The owner gave me the worst hair cut I ever had and I have had a lot. The lady before me had a wedding style and it looked like she would have to have it re done. Save your money go somewhere else. I really don't think anyone there is educated in hair!

I am a hair guru and love the salon experience. I recently moved to st.louis and looked forward to finding a new salon haven. I love bumble & bumble products and searched for local salons that carried these products - Verve's salon was the result of my search. I was so excited because it wasn't lands away.



The entire experience was a huge disappointment. I felt as though the "consultation" was rushed, I felt the hairstylist thought I was crazy when I was describing what I wanted, I definitely didn't feel comfortable. The communication was just, off? I ended up with very expensive, not so great haircut. Boo.
