We rented tables and chairs a year ago from them and Tom was great to work with. Last week, I called and scheduled tables and chairs for Saturday to use for a lunch following a funeral for my father in law. Tom was out of town but his brother Tim took the info and assured me they would deliver the tables on Friday morning at 9 am. Around mid-day Friday through Saturday morning, I called the office and the number on the website. No show and no return call to my many messages. I am still absolutely floored by this complete failure on their part. Fortunately, we were able to find another local company who had tables and chairs in stock - although we had to go pick them up (2 hours before the funeral so lots of unnecessary stress!) I won't be using them again - in this business reliability has to be the most important characteristic!
