We stored my daughters dorm room items for the summer and almost filled a 5x5 storage unit. When my wife and daughter went to pick the items up there were only 5 boxes in the room and her comforter. All her winter clothes, text books, lines, boots, coats, futon, refrigerator, and most of her personal items were gone. The manager said they had to cut the lock off the unit in May because we had our stuff stored in the wrong unit, the unit he had shown us. He also admitted to leaving it unlocked overnight. This is a secured building that needs a key card to get into. Do not store your stuff here, it is not secure. They are refusing to refund the cost of the storage unit, which stored 5 boxes for the summer. All in all very poor customer service.
