I contacted Twill HVAC Maint. around 6 p.m because my tenant complained hot air was blowing. Mr. Williams answered and said he could stop by around 9 p.m and check it out. I advised him my condenser was on the roof, and he replied, "I have a ladder". Mr. Williams came out diagnosed the problem and had my tenant's air blowing cool from him probe test before he left. I called my tenant the next morning to see how her air was blowing and she said "fantastic". I will use Twill HVAC Maintenance again.
