We booked our first all inclusive vacation through Travel Haus, using Julie Knaust as our travel specialist. Julie was SO helpful with my endless questioning and very prompt in all her responses to me. Every detail was covered and I felt confident that all was in place before we left. Once arriving in Cancun, things went exactly as Julie had told us. Everything was easy and uncomplicated. We stayed at The Excellence Riviera, Cancun. The resort was BEAUTIFUL and our trip was perfect. Will be asking for Julie again very soon!

We contact her about a vacation and she sends us several places for us to choose from that is in our price range!!!! WE have always had a nonstop flight to our location. She takes care of our transportation to and from the airport and resort. She makes sure we have the best room the place has to offer!!! AND best of all the resort has always been top notch! We just got back from Fiesta Americana Condesa. I can't say enough wonderful things about this place. The service from the waiters and the entertainment staff were exceptional. Thanks Julie! for another wonderful vacation!

We have booked 3 trips to Mexico and 1 trip to the Dominican Republic through Travel Haus. Our most recent trip was a return visit to the Excellence Riviera Cancun in Mexico. Samantha was our agent and everything went smoothly and we had a wonderful time. She contacted the resort to ask that our room have a wonderful ocean view - they gave us the same room for our original visit to the resort in 2007; what a lovely, romantic gesture. Booking through Travel Haus is hassle free and Samantha listens to what you are looking for and makes recommendations accordingly. We had to cancel a vacation in the past due to illness, and I feel that the turnaround on the refund was much quicker since we had used a travel agent.

Samantha at Travel Haus did a great job of planning our honeymoon trip. We stayed at Secrets St. James in Montego Bay and everything was PERFECT!. We told her everything we wanted in our trip and she fulfilled those needs. She was easy to contact and got the answers we needed. I would definitely recommend travelhaus to family and friends! Thank you again Samantha for all your help!

Jessica at Travel Haus did a fantastic job planning our trip to Las Vegas. Had a wonderful time and everything went smoothly. We have used Travel Haus in the past for our trip to Cancun and will continue to use them. Great service everytime!!

Jessica made planning our honeymoon to Curacao stress and worry free. She was always easy to contact and quick to respond with answers. I will definitely return for my next big trip!!

Jessica pulled together what I initially thought would be an impossible itinerary in southern Italy. But she did it!! We did not have a worry in the world as we traveled to Naples, Sorrento and the Amalfi Coast.

Jessica gave us exactly what we were looking for on our vacation to the Valentin Imperial in Riviera Maya, Mexico! Our expectations were beyond met and within 2 hours of arrival, we decided that we're making another trip back next year! Thank you Jessica, for giving us a trip where many memories were created!

My 5 year old son and I just returned from Cancun, Mexico yesterday after spending 7 wonderful days there. I just emailed Travel Haus a few months ago, and I got a rapid response from Mike, even on the weekend. He went above and beyond for me with scheduling a great place for my son and I. I felt safe while we were there knowing I could email or call him with anything. I can't say enough about experience with Travel Haus. I'll never work with anyone else. Rachel Madigan at Travel Haus did a fantastic job helping plan our honeymoon. With so many options it was tough to make a decision but she was able to provide us with the details and guidance to narrow our focus, ultimately landing at Sandals Royal Plantation. Our trip couldn't have been any better and Rachel helped make the planning and coordination worry free, which in the time leading up to our wedding was a HUGE weight off our shoulders!

Jessica at Travel Haus did a fantastic job planning our group trip to Riviera Maya. This was my first time using a travel agent and we loved not having to think about anything! Jessica made sure we had everything we needed...thanks Jessica!

Jessica Pressler picked up the ball that another agency in my town had dropped. She's an hour away from me, but handled everything just how you would hope someone across a desk from you would. Everything was done via email but was complete, easy to sort out and made planning our honeymoon very easy. We were at the Valentin Imperial Maya near Playa del Carmen and she laid out some day trips to consider, what to expect, when to do certain things... all nice and easy. I'll happily reach out to her again when we plan our next trip, eveyrthing was really well done.

Samantha Werbiski @ Travel Haus did an amazing job in picking a resort for my wife and I for a quick weekend getaway. The Iberostar Grand in Playa Del Carmen was perfect and exceeded our expectations. Samantha took care of every detail, and the trip went exactly as planned. We have used Travel Haus in the past and will continue to use them in the future. They "get it" regarding customer service.

Thank you Julie Knaust for making our 25th Anniversary the best trip ever. She helped us plan and made sure every detail was awesome. our final choice for St. Lucia Grande couldnt be the best choice for beautiful and relaxing. Sandals is top notch, food , fun and a beautiful awesome resort . We had a little issue with our flight but (which was nothing to do with her) but she made sure everything was all taking care of and we didnt even have to worry. She is awesome and we will be using her on our next big trip in 2 years. Please ask for Julie she is awesome, we consider her to be one the best Travel Agents in the Midwest... Her knowledge and compassion for her job made the trip even more memorable. Thank you Julie you are awesome!!!!!!!!!

A great big HUG for Julie and Kelly at Travelhaus!!!! We recently returned from my daughters destination wedding in Cancun. We were at the Live Aqua Resort. The help before the trip from both Kelly and Julie was 5 stars all the way. I called with several questions and they were always prompt with their responses. From the time we walked into the airport to leave until we returned we had great service. I will be recommending Travelhaus!

Julie Knaust is the best! My husband and I along with a group of our friends just recently returned from a week stay in Cancun at Fiesta Americana Condesa. Julie Knaust was our travel agent and I could not have been more pleased with the trip she planned for us. The resort was great with fantastic customer service, amazing food, and the facility was always very clean. Julie made sure we did not have to worry about anything and kept us updated on any available promos, etc. My husband and I also used Julie for our honeymoon last year and it was absolutely amazing. Could not have asked for a more perfect and romantic place to stay. (El Dorado Royale, Riviera Maya.) If anyone is looking for a travel agent Julie at Travel Haus is the way to go!!
