This is a response to the negative review. If the parent thought there was abuse, they should have first called DFS or child abuse. We don't have any report of abuse for our center and never have had any assumed abuse. You may check our public record and we also have cameras that we offer to our parents to review if needed for any explanation of an injury or questionable injuries.

director is full of excuses, unorganized, and does not follow state guidelines therefore I removed my child. Tots to Toddlers and Beyond Enrichment Center on Old Tesson Ferry Rd in St. Louis, Mo should be exposed for unsafe conditions such as exposed wires hanging out of the wall, filthy conditions throughout the facility, possible child abuse, and a rude, unorganized director with not enough staff. My son has autism and the daycare was aware of this but did not ever implement an action plan as required by the state of Missouri. Moninca Olorunda did not show up the first day to pick up from school as she had promised, making me late for work. The second day she was over a half hour late to pick him up, making me late for work again and my son's teacher had to skip lunch. She did not offer any incentive or refund. The director, Monica Olorunda, said my son had such bad behavior the first day that she may refuse to watch him again and continued to go on and on about how she has the right to discriminate against any child with a disability and refuse service. I was distraught but had to hope for the best so I could work. The next week she stated that my child should be on Ritalin and I better get some for him from the doctor or she will kick him out f the facility because they cannot handle him if he does not take a nap. I refused to follow her orders. The final straw was when she showed up at my son's school on a day that she was not asked to and in front of my son and everyone said that she was going to call child services on me since my son was exploring his private area at nap time and the had to make him wash his hands over and over again. That same day I say a bruise and a pinch mark on his arm and took photos of it. I sent them to Monica Olorunda and asked if their had been an incident, she said no one touched him and she has cameras that she can watch from home but she was their anyway and did not see anyone touch him. His school also stated it did not happen there either so I would like a full professional investigation before another child is hurt, abused, discriminated against, or left at school. I LOVE this center, have been with this center since it was in Webster, my children love the workers & owner, she treats them like family, the center is beautiful and my 5 year old had learned so much before heading off to Kindergarten.(: I just wished you offered transportation, like a school. Thank you Mrs.Monica Wonderful Experience.
