I read all the other wonderful reviews about this facility to help make the decision to go here, rather than one closer to home. And yes, they were all so right! From the cheerful phone greeting from Daniel over the phone, and Kiernen’ s happy hello at the front desk, to everyone’s well wishes for better health as I left, I knew that I had chosen well. it was a very positive experience. I was seen by Dr. Amanda Heidemann, who was very professional, took the time to explain lab results that I had brought with me (from a previous out of town ER visit). She was genuine, explained things well, and funny. She was able to give me the answers and medication to relieve my muscle spasm. Everyone was so very nice, and being that it was my birthday, I even got a sparkly sticker, 😃 much to my granddaughter’s delight! So, thanks to all that were there that night (Aug 30). The dynamic duo at the front desk (Kiernan and Daniel) were terrific in setting the positive and professional atmosphere, and from there on with the technician (sorry I don’t remember her name) to Dr Heidemann everyone made me feel comfortable, and I knew that I had mad the right choice in coming here.
