From the moment we walked in till the time we left the staff was friendly and attentive. I have worked in hospitals and pharmacies for over 20 years and I certainly appreciate the idiosyncrasies of working with sick and/or injured people all day. It was nice to be seen and be able to walk out with the prescriptions needed instead of having to stop and wait at a local pharmacy. The staff didn't seem to mind that we were there after closing time - guess they are used to it. Seems to be the way of the future since many people tell me they can't get in to see their primary providers in a timely manner.

I have used them a couple times. Always friendly quick to get into a room out within 45 minutes. Yesterday went in for extreme coughing. Dr could not get me in till Friday 340. Glsd came here have puenomnia. They helped me soo much. I highly recommend.

From the time I walked in, I was treated with care and concern. I came in 30 minutes before closing and never felt rushed. I received IV fluids, an X-ray, and anti-nausea medication. I was diagnosed with pneumonia and was able to get the meds I needed there. Friendly staff & professional service!!!!

Everyone who has treated me over the last 2 months for recurring spinal compression & arthritis have exhibited the utmost care & expertise. As someone who is deathly afraid of needles, shots in both shoulders did no hurt at all! Thank you all for that & the relief it provides!

Everyone was friendly and professional from the minute we walked in the door and our wait was short. The staff was very patient and answered any questions I had. My son felt very comfortable being treated there. The facility is new, nice and clean. We will go to this urgent care center again, if needed.

Short wait, congenial staff, felt personally cared for ... not just another patient. Gave me a choice as to whether I wanted further tests or to wait instead of just moving forward with all applicable procedures. Saved $$$.

I had no waiting and was able to receive care with my insurance and receive medicine there, which is wonderful to be able to return home when you are ill.

I love Total Access! They got me straight in and immediately started working on me. I didn't have to wait a long time like other urgent cares. They also have online check-in to hold a future time slot for you, which I love.

Very professional, friendly, got me in and out quickly. Also, filled my script right there, didn't have to make another stop when i was so sick and felt so bad. Best Urgent Care i've been to.
