The service was very fast, no wait. They were professional without being stuff. Very convenient. I would recommend them and will use their services again.

Doctors and staff were very nice and professional. Had xrays and physical assesment done after being in a accident. Is the nicest urgent care I've ever been to. Visit was alot quicker than I expected. I will defiantly use this place if I ever need urgent care again. I like the fact they have up to date equiptment and very clean office.

The Physician Assistant who provided my sons care was patient, very kind and thorough. We were seen and discharged quickly by an all around friendly staff.

They were so fast and friendly! I was in and out in under 30 minutes including getting medication. Definitely would go back!

I have been to lots of Urgent Cares, but this one has won me over! They took me straight back to a room after filling out just a brief page of info, not needing my life story. My visit was a total of about an hour, but with the care I received that didn't bother me at all. On top of antibiotics they gave me a shot of steroids to speed up me feeling better and cough syrup with codeine so I could sleep. I didn't use their on site pharmacy, had them call in to my local one since I had to stop there anyway, but the treatment, care, the hours they are open (7 days a week too), and the hospitality was awesome! The nurse even walked me to the front desk when I was done. Hopefully I don't get sick for a while, but when I do, this is where I will go, even with the fact that there are some that are closer to me.

I have never been disappointed at this facility. Everyone is efficient, friendly, and knowledgeable.

My experience was really great! I had a few cold sores on my lip and they gave me medication and I was in and out within 15 minutes! Super fast, and I had a great experience. 10/10 would recommend

I used Total Access a few times in the past. From front desk through back treatment room, courteous and smooth transition. This visit diagnosed with bronchitis. Xrays done on site to rule out pneumonia...then a shot and breathing treatment done right there. Home with meds. Could not have asked for a better experience, feeling sick and all! Barely any wait usually and the staff, nurses and doctors could not be nicer or more informative. I've now been to two locations and both are wonderful. The only downside was having to drive from one location to another for a CT scan because the first location didn't have one. But all in all a good experience for sure.

I've never had a better healthcare visit in my entire life. The staff was wonderful and caring and went above and beyond their requirements. The registrar and medical assistants made an awful day for me so much more bearable and I would highly highly HIGHLY recommend them.

Staff, physicians assistant and doctor are excellent, on all levels. Professional yet understanding, I felt like I was heard and received great care. Also, very little wait time and thie entire area is very clean!

Wonderful experience! When I am sick I don't go anywhere else. You are checked in immediately and seen by the nurses and doctor quickly. They are able to treat you right there, you get any medicine you need and always leave feeling much better. I can't say enough good things about TAUC. Highly recommend!

I have been to this location several times and every time they are friendly and professional. Everything is clean and they are considerate of your time. When you see the doctor you aren't rushed and they take the time to talk with you about your problem and treatment.

No one like going to the doctor's, but the staff there always makes you feel so comfortable, and at ease. They are quick to wait on you and are professional, and just tell you exactly what you need to do to get yourself back on track to a healthier way of living.

The best experience possible when your sick. Very efficient, clean, professional, and the fastest urgent care I've ever visited. I was very impressed they disinfected the waiting room after a patient walked in with flu symptoms.
