I was suffering with bronchitis and sinusitis and was referred to Total Access by my Walgreens Pharmacist. I had a great experience. I was treated quickly and professionally and was done in 45 minutes. Thank you Total Access!

I'm a musician and had to be treated before my show for Bronchitis. I was on very little time...Thankfully Dr Karahodzic and the staff had me in and out in no time and I made it to my gig and it went great. She took time to make sure I understood my condition and checked me out thouroghly to make sure there were no other issues. I fell 1000% better thanks to them!

Always a great experience. Expert medical care, low wait times, this is a great alternative to the ER.

Excellent facility with knowledgeable staff. They treated my illness and there was no wait time. I have used this office several times and always have received excellent care.

They were extremely helpful, professional, and friendly. I will only use this facility in the future. It's awesome that it is a one stop facility, when your not feeling well, just having to stop at pharmacies is a real task and this facility fills the scripts right in office so once your done here you can go straight home where you want to be when your sick or hurt!

As a returning patient I still find the staff at Total Access Urgent Care amazing. They are all kind and very helpful. Would never go anywhere else. They are by far the best!

My experience at this urgent care has been excellent. I've been seen very quickly and my problems have been taken care of. I can't say enough good things about the people there. Both times, if I had gone to my regular doctor, it would have meant a referral and further delay in treatment. With the doctors at the urgent care, they took care of the problem on the first visit, and the follow-up visits have been great. I would definitely recommend it to anyone!

These guys and gals rock! In and out quickly. True concern for your needs. They listen and get you diagnosed quickly. I'll always use them if not a life threatening emergency.

I tried Total Access as an alternative to the emergency room and my doctor's office (both hard to get into in a hurry) and was more than pleased. I was treated with courtesy and competence by staff whose expertise was evident in all they did. I am feeling much better now. I will definitely recommend Total Access to others and return whenever I have need of urgent care.

This was literally the best urgent care experience I've ever had. Swift check in, immediately went to the exam room, and I was seen right away. They have TVs in the rooms to pass the time, but didn't need it. They were so quick my son didn't get to finish watching Thomas and Friends...he was kind of bummed. :-) Everyone was so friendly!

Total Access Urgent Care was wonderful. I had to go 4 times in a weeks time for them to follow up with my medical needs and each visit I meet welcoming staff, very knowledgeable staff. I would definitely recommend.

This was my second visit, the first being on Christmas Eve morning for Bronchitis and this time for an allergic reaction.

I feel so very grateful for the care I received both times.

All the staff are not only courteous, and polite, but totally committed to giving above the call of duty care. Today, I arrived before official opening, and the receptionist invited me in to wait before the official opening time. I was seen by a skilled and engaged technician within minutes. The doctor came in almost immediately, and 15 minutes after opening time, I had an IV and was getting the medication I needed. My experience there both times is that every member of the staff is ready to listen carefully, diagnose and prescribe thoughtfully, and willing to do everything possible to get you through an urgent situation quickly and easily. It is really a healing environment.

This is by far the most efficient and professional facility. From the front desk person who was courteous and kind to the MA who took my vitals, the Physician and her Assistant. They listened to my complaints and were very thorough with explaining the diagnosis. It was fast and I left with no questions or concerns. Every single person working there is professional and very nice! That is exceptional in this day and age and the reason I refer Total Access to all my family.

Having to take my 87 year old mother to this urgent care at her home health nurse request, I was assisted right in the parking lot by a staff member who retrieved a wheel chair and helped us inside. We only waited about 15 minutes before she was put into a room. We were never left in the room for more than 5 minutes without someone checking on my mother's needs. The Doctor helped my mother and when leaving the assistant at the front desk helped me get my mother back into the car. I think other Urgent Care's might want to take a lesson from this location on how to treat their customers.

I have always gotten prompt, pleasant and professional service. Always in and out within 30 minutes and left a happy patient.
