This is my 3rd trip to TAUC and I am always happy with the results of my visits. I was diagnosed with the flu, I decided to go there for a 2nd opinion after being sick for over a month - they swabbed me and confirmed I had Flu Type A. My doctor of 15+ years didn't swab me or check for that. They also checked my records and lungs, since I had pneumonia the prior year from a 2nd wrong diagnosis for the flu. They prescribed prednisone to help with the swelling and inflammation. I would highly recommend them, I am beginning to trust them more than my doctor of 15+ years. Very little wait time, nice understanding staff.

I absolutely love coming here!! You won't find a better overall experience anywhere else. The staff is Amazing from the time you enter until you leave!!

They were wonderful. Very patient and understanding about how ill I felt. Explained everything to me.

My daughter injured her knee. We made an appointment online. Our wait time was quick. We were in a room as soon as we finished the initial paperwork. Once in a room, the nurse came to do vitals, almost immediately. The doctor was in within minutes. Images were taken shortly after that. She was given a brace with instructions. We were in and out in well under an hour. Everyone we had contact with introduced themselves, which I appreciate very much. And everyone was friendly and knowledgeable. Thank you for taking good care of my little girl. She is mending well.

Just want to say.. I have been in the medical field in all aspects of patient care for over 10 years and I cannot say enough about the respect I have for the Professionalism and care I received on my visit. Everyone was awesome!! Loved the respect the Dr. Showed for his staff and there role in my care as well as his professional and caring bed side manner. The respect for each other and how they worked together as a team was inspiring! Everyone was very kind and compassionate!! I had worked a long twelve hour shift myself, was hurting and tired. They took excellent care of me and I was on my way with the tools I needed to recovery quickly! I would without hesitation recommend Total Access Urgent Care!! Keep up the awesome job you all do!! :)

Came in because I hurt my wrist, the staff was friendly, and got me in quickly. Everyone that walked in the door in my room really cared, which in my experience is unusual for an urgent care, I haven't wanted to go back to an urgent care in years because how bad my experience has been but decided to this time because of a referral from a friend. I was pleasantly surprised and they also did a follow up call today to make sure everything was ok. It's not a place you want to need, but if you have to go to an urgent care I highly recommend this place!!

This is the third time I have been to the location on Tesson Ferry Rd for myself. My youngest son has been to this location also. I have also been to the one out by Webster Groves. I love, love love this place. I will go here over waiting to get into my doc anytime. Everyone is professional, service is quick and no waiting. AWESOME PLACE. It's about 20 mins from my house but WELL worth the drive. I had a new Urgent Care open 3 mins from my house, but I will continue to go here.

The staff was welcoming, concerned and kind. I appreciated their quick and knowledgeable care. I felt terrible and expressed my apologies that the timing of my injury kept the staff, an hour, past closing time, but they didn't mind. They were simply invested in caring for me. Thank you TAUC!

This is a wonderful addition to our neighborhood.
When I cannot get in to my GP or need immediate attention, this facility is outstanding. Well worth the ER copay. Prompt, efficient, all in one stop for xrays and scripts. Not to mention the staff - friendly, courteous and knowledgeable.

Super service here! Fast, thorough and very friendly. Way better than my primary care physician's office.

This is the second time I went to Total Access Urgent Care. They were very professional, took time to listen to me, and talk to me about my symptoms. Very prompt in getting me in and out. My visit was 1/20/17. I highly recommend Total Access Urgent Care.

I decided to choose Total Access after reading pages of nothing but 5 star reviews online. I understand why they receive such praise. This was my first experience with any urgent care center, and if I have to go back, I won't be going anywhere but Total Access. They are quick, kind, professional, and very knowledgeable. I have absolutely NO complaints. I highly recommend this facility.

Wow! You won't see that often concerning a first time health care experience. My wife's primary care physician was unable to see her soon enough when she woke up with a swollen face and fever. We searched the internet for nearby urgent care facilities and noted a distinct difference in the way people evaluate TAUC. From arrival, and being greeted by a pleasant, professional lady, we were in a treatment room in 10 minutes, being seen by an emergency care tech in 5 more, and a doctor soon after that. Dr. Terkonda was very pleasant, conscientious and professional in assessing my wife's ailment, and provided excellent care. This facility has my STRONGEST recommendation for someone who cannot see there regular doctor. These people are outstanding in every respect. I would recommend more comfortable waiting area chairs -- but you aren't in them very long!

Great location for me. I had always heard great comments about this specific location. Not much paperwork to fill out. In and out in an hour and that included an EKG and chest X-rays. I have 5-6 urgent care facilities as well as St. Anthonys but in this instance I was extremely pleased. Site is very clean. Dr. was easy to talk to.

I've been to this Urgent Care several times now for various things, and they are always, professional, knowledgeable and efficient. I often choose this Urgent Care over my regular physician because I know I will be able to get in and out the same day.
