Came in for 2 reoccurring issues. The staff was very efficient in realizing that I needed medicine and follow-up care with specialist. No extra time was spent on x-rays and blood draws.

I have been a patient at this particular Urgent Care several times. They are courteous and see me rather quickly. It's way easier than trying to see my own doctor. Highly recommend this facility. It is like a small hospital!

This is the only Urgent Care location I will go to. They can perform many functions, that other locations can not, and it is so quick, I'm in and out without any wait time. I have always had great service at this location. Again, it is the only location I will go to!

I felt that each and every member of the staff truly cared about me and my comfort. I was well taken care of and felt I had the best medical team on my side! Thank you for everything!!!!

Went to the Webster Groves/Rock Hill Urgent Care location with a high fever, all of the associates, nurses, doctors and technicians were really really nice, very knowledgeable and very caring for me. I highly recommend if you are experiencing any sickness, you go and visit the Webster Groves/Rock Hill location! They are just the best! And will take excellent care of you!

i rate this urgent care as the best in St.Louis. They took me in right away and all staff was very caring and professional. I went in the day before Christmas with horrible back pain. It turns out I had Bronchitis. They gave me a steroid shot mixed with anti inflammatory properties. Other medications were given right at the site. I was able to enjoy Christmas Day with no back pain. I am so thankful that you have such great hours. I am usually sick when my doctor isn't working on weekends or at night. They are there evenings and weekends.

From the moment I was greeted by the young lady at the desk until I left the service was Fantastic. A top notch Urgent Care that I will refer others to. Thanks! Jim S.

Was seen right away, by a PA and then a physician also. Very friendly staff.

The individuals at the facility on Manchester were friendly and efficient. They kept me informed of what was happening as they gave me follow up tests.

TAUC is well-run, efficient, and clean. The staff is friendly and professional. I have been here multiple times, for things ranging from the flu to a major cut requiring stitches. I have never had to wait very long to be seen, even during peak hours when the waiting room is crowded. The doctors are knowledgeable and kind. There is a pharmacy on site. Everything about this place is right--a model for other urgent care centers to follow.

Great Service. Everyone is extremely nice, very clean facility and they take care of your problem quickly. Love this place.

I went in due to pain in my right arm. From the time I walked in til my visit was over, they all were so friendly, very professional & excellent customer service. I highly recommend them to anyone. I went to the Rock Hill location & loved it. I love their hours.

This was a wonderful emergency care office. I came in to see a doctor right before the office closed and was received with the utmost attention and care. The doctor was wonderful and knowledgeable and ended up fixing a problem I did not even know I had. Information regarding my condition was printed out for me so i could be furthered educated on the illness. I could not have been more satisfied.

We've had to visit TAUC several times over the past year (unfortunately). Thankfully every time has been timely, convenient (under the circumstances), and professional. My most recent visit for a lingering sore throat had me in and out in about an hour. So thankful they are close to us. I would absolutely recommend without hesitation.

Are you sure I can not rate this as six stars? Professional staff. Prompt service. Very thorough. I can in with sciatica. Dr. Spire ordered x-rays of my hips and lower back. As a pharmacist, I certainly thought this as appropriate. As a health care professional, I believe I am qualified to rate this facility. My wife was seen there several months ago with a heart ailment. Dr. Spire did preliminary tests, and concluded that my wife needed to be in the emergency room. They would not let me take her to the hospital, and ordered an ambulance. This was completely appropriate. I cannot praise Total Access enough.

The staff at both locations were extremely kind and knowledgeable. They are efficient, fast and made us feel very comfortable. I'm really impressed and thankful for such great experience!

I was visiting St Louis and came down with serious cold/flu symptoms. Fortunately my wife had previous experience with your organization. I was highly impressed-minimal paperwork, almost instantaneous admission, rapid tests with on-site diagnosis and rapid treatment with partial on-site prescriptions. Staff were professional and friendly. Very highly recommended

Total Access is great. They are fast, nice, and great.
