I went to TLC because I had heard good things. The people there seem friendly enough most of the time, but my dog HATES going there. They have complained about how my dog behaves when he is there and have claimed that he won't settle for them and let them touch his paws or face. We have a young boy at home and we ALWAYS touch his paws and face and he really doesn't even seem to notice, so I am not sure what exactly they are doing to make things so difficult. Given how my dog reacts to the groomers there and the building itself, I have to wonder what goes on. He is really an easy-going dog and even loves going to the vet. Just hates that groomer... We will be going elsewhere from now on.
