Provided by YP.comMaybe I am naive. Maybe this is standard practice but in my opinion it is a scam and a rip off. I had a package sent to me at the hotel and they had the UPS store receive it. I DID NOT send it to the UPS store. The HOTEL gave it to the UPS store. The UPS store then charged me $25 to pick up my package! My friend picked up 5 boxes he had shipped there and they charged him $250 pick up fee!!!!
