RENTER BEWARE!! First off I moved out of one apartment because the owners of the building i stayed in no longer wanted this company to manage it, go figure. Second i was suppose to move in the place im in now but it took so long cause they claimed that the place was condemned and they had to bring the building up to code and all this other non sense mind you this is a 2 family buliding so only this one unit needed to be reinspected. This man gave me the run around about this apartment while holding on to my 500 dollar deposit. Everytime things as he say come close to being done its alway a problem with the inspector.So we finally get to the point where the apartment as he claim is "move in ready" I dont think so. I had no appliances for the first 3 weeks, there was a leak that need to be fix still not fixed then the bugs are a big problem. They sent someone out to come spray but it seems like it got worst.This company is beyond ridiculous an unprofessional. YOU HAVE BE WARNED!!!

They don't even deserve the one star. Worst company I have ever rented from. Never fix anything, absolutely never return phone calls or emails. Building is deteriorating, and they do nothing to fix it. I don't even think they own the buildings that they are supposed to be maintaining. I even reported them to the BBB and because I was behind $100 on rent, they threatened to evict me in retaliation. Also refuses to fix appliances in the apartments they rent out and claim that it is the tenant's responsibility...not exactly sure what they consider "their" responsibility because they ignore all maintenance requests. I made a big mistake renting from them.

DO NOT RENT FROM THIS COMPANY. They never fix anything, the maintenance workers are absolutely horrible, I am a contractor myself and if I did the kid of work they do I would be fired that day. They are over priced and money hungry. Absolutely the worst experience I ever had renting, I got out as fast as I could. After I moved out I found out they were supposed to be cutting my lawn the whole time, I never had anyone cut the lawn but myself, I even spent 400 dollars on lawn equipment.

Don't ever rent from these people. Apartments are not taken care of, you can never get anything fuxed. Worst property management company in the St. Louis area. These jerks don't care about anything but collecting the rent. We lived in mold and water leaking and they never fixed it, even thought we called every day to complain

I had to wait 1 month to get my gas turned on because they took their sweet time fixing the pipes. Been n this house living with all the other tenants (mice) and they haven't sent anyone else out to fix that like they said. They never reply to emails, and last but not least I've been promised baseboard for 6 months now, had it scheduled for 11am today. Got a *text* at 10:56 saying they have to reschedule. Splendid job Rutherford group :)
