I lived there for 1.5 years. The place has 4 pros, and unlimited cons... Pros- good area, maintence is quick to fix, cheap rent w/ wash/dry in unit, 21+ pool... Cons- appliances needed to be replaced not fixed, management (rude at times, they leave by 4 m-f) just went section 8, landscaping is horrid, dog drops everywhere, parking is limited, trash is far, walls are paper thin, etc. it's not the worst place out there and it's cheap as dirt... Honestly the best bang for the buck within 25 miles... If you can deal with the cons.

My relative lives at the complex. I called a 1-888 number listed on apartment finder. The first call, there was no answer. I called back and this is what I got:



manager "HELLO!!!?"

(PAUSE) I couldn't believe that a business would actually answer in a snotty tone of voice

me: "I'm assuming I got the wrong number?"

manager: "ARE YOU LOOKING FOR AN APARTMENT???"



conversation went on



"WELL I TOLD YOU WHAT IS AVAILABLE"



This woman was VERY unprofessional. I would not even CONSIDER renting here with how she treated me over the phone.

Apparently the apartment finder phone number wasn't functioning, but still you don't talk to your future renters this way. Needless to say, we are looking at other places.
