Provided by YP.comIf you want to learn pilates and do some yoga or have a massage this is a pleasant place to visit. They have a room chock full of all the equipment, and nice big yoga dance room. They sometimes offer dance classes too. Plus, they have a few massage therapists as well. I had a hot stone massage from Eli (who also teaches Pilates) and it was wonderful and divine. Place is located in a red brick building adjacent to the Del Taco food place and they a nice big parking lot.
