There's no accountability or transparency in the spending of funds. Socioeconomic diversity is not valued, as the admissions office informed us that our son was "not the right type of diversity for scholarship." Sustainability efforts are not present in many classrooms, such as Kindergarten where the teacher throws away partially used art supplies and materials every year. One student ended up walking more than two miles home without the teachers realizing. My son was "lost" once during the after school program and was found on a playground near the parking lot unsupervised. I repeatedly observed a teacher yell at and degrade students, which was disregarded by administration. Teachers are not observed and hiring/firing is done by the Head based on "a feeling" rather than quantifiable objectives. He has no administrative or elementary experience, resulting in a corrupt business that is more focused on making money than providing young children with a safe and nurturing environment.
