Drove 60 miles to have them look at my train for a problem. Was told he’d probably fix it while I waited Told the guy I needed it before Thanksgiving, He said “that’s pretty quick”. I said if he didn’t think he could get to it I’d go somewhere else. He took it, Called 3 days later, hadn’t even looked at it. He KNEW my dilemma. If he didn’t think he could get to it he should have said that. He was RUDE, no conversation, when I tried to tell him the problem he didn’t listen. Was too busy fixing an engine while the guy waited. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE. I had to give at least 1 star in order to leave this message. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE.

This a great store and service center for all things electric trains. Lionel, MTH, etc. This store has been in St. Louis most of my life, and I still am a loyal customer since I was the wide eyed kid staring a trains in amazement. You should swing by.
