All of the warning signs were begging to be noticed. From the moment I saw their ad on this website I should have known I was going to have a terrible experience. Once again, I ignored my instincts and paid for the mistake.



Things went from bad to worse in a hurry when I actually walked in the door. I was greeted by a neglectful staff angered by my intrusion. How dare I come into the store prepared to patronize the great guys at (I'm So) Sure Lock with three commercial doorknobs to rekey?



They couldn't do the job that day so I waited for three days. After I arrived on-schedule to pick up and pay for my hardware, only two of the locks were ready. Oh, and the price was higher! A man behind the counter showed ZERO professionalism when he shouted at me for questioning the discrepancy!



I will drive an extra thirty miles for a Locksmith to avoid contact with these people.



Actually, next time I will pay more to have someone come to my house or business whenever I want.

Had a couple locks changed out and they needed larger holes cut. Mike was right on time. The price they quoted on the phone, was the same price I was charged in the end - which was significantly cheaper than a couple other places I checked. Also used coupon from yp.com right from my phone. Great value, great service!

Great experience with this company, I broke my Key off in my door at home called Sure Lock and Key and they had someone come out on my time. Russ there technition came out and did a great job and was very professional and not pushy at all. Would recommend them to anyone!!! Thanks

I locked my keys in my car and called Sure Lock & Key up. Matt was out in no time and it only took a few minutes to unlock my car. I was told since I have a Corvette that it sometimes can be difficult to get into them. Matt had no problems getting my car unlocked and the whole time he laughed and joked and made me feel better. I will certainly recommend them to all my friends and family.

I bought a new house in St. Charles, MO this past fall. I called up Sure Lock and Key and told them how many exterior door knobs and locks I had. I wanted to make one key work every lock for the whole house. They come out switched out everything and even replaced an old door knob that was going bad. They were on time and got the job done right. Thanks!
