I have been to this ER two times, honestly because there is never a wait. The first time for chest pains, I have a history of blood clots, the staff was rude and just didn't care. The second time was after a car accident, honestly again because I didn't want to wait. They didn't tale proper persuasions and misdiagnosed me. They took an X-ray of the wrong hand, and didn't take one for the right hand which ended up being fractured. They also didn't take many scans, missing a neck injury. All the injuries were caught later and if caught sooner, would have saved me a lot of money and pain. They also lost my shoulder X-ray. DO NOT GO HERE.

The emergency room staff was very good but the admitting clerk was involved with personal issues than with patient's. After being admitting into the hospital. Being a diabetic and not having any food for over eight hours put my health at risk. The food service closes at 6:30 pm and only vending is available for patient's, visitor's, and staff. No back-up or "what if" plan for patient's like me or if a major accident.
The nursing and supportive staff are friendly, highly professional, and caring.
The food service is like room service in a hotel and the food is a high rate in my book and personalize serve my professional personel.
When you go for a test the area's have light grills with clouds and tree limbs; makes the patient at ease.
The T.V. channels are limited to local & cable channels, could increase channels for patients who are stuck in their room.
Overall experience as apatient made my stay comfortable which allows my healing faster.
