St. Louis Physical Therapy, a privately owned, outpatient orthopedic clinic.  Opened in 2002 by Michael Gorman, PT, DMT, FAAOMPT,  St. Louis Physical Therapy (STLPT) has become St. Louis’ Premier Therapy Provider by providing superior quality of care in a professional yet personal environment.  Since opening 11 years ago, St. Louis Physical Therapy has expanded its practice to locations in Chesterfield, Olivette, Hazelwood, Des Peres and Fenton.
