The only reason I give 1 star is because there was no option for me to leave 0 stars. STAY AWAY from this company! They are a RIP OFF. Customer Service is very very POOR. They will charge your credit card and will not give you any confirmation or receipt. They will not refund you. Please STAY AWAY from this company!

I couldn't of been happier with this company. We used them for both our bachelorette and bachelor parties, Our wedding and a rehearsal dinner. We were lucky enough to get the same driver twice who was AWESOME!! Prices were very reasonable and the service was top notch. Thanks again St Louis Limousine!!

Absolutely do not use this company. They were rude whenever I asked a question while speaking to them on the phone. And, like some of the other reviewers I have seen, they refused to send me any type of confirmation or receipt after giving them my credit card information.



I don't know why the person who answers their phones thinks that he is too smart to be answering questions about limo rentals, but if he is so smart, why is he working at a limo rental company?

I wish I could put 0 stars, these clowns absolutely blew the reservation. They claimed I ordered the service for 4 hours when I really ordered for 6. They never sent me confirmations after me asking for it multiple times. They claimed they had recordings of me ordering the service for 4 hours but they wouldn't let me listen to those recordings. They gave me back some money only to charge my credit card the full amount the next day, I never recieved the service! They refused to refund my money, don't use these guys!

The service was excellent and the price was affordable. This St Louis limousine company was on time and delivered a very wonderful customer service. All of my appointments were met and the driver who was assigned to me was professional and good in directions. The car was really clean and nice. I will use this limo service again on my upcoming meetings. Highly recommended!
