I flew thru your wonderful air...

I flew thru your wonderful airport yesterday afternoon with my disabled daughter (in wheelchair) I ended up flying out concourse e gate 8 and it was busy at the time. I took my daughter to the family restroom out close to our gate and there was someone in the bathroom and I waited and waited for them to come out. By the way I am a senior male and my daughter is a 20 year old female so we are not very comfortable in going into the regular restrooms but do if we have to. I finally called out to the person in the family restroom if everything was ok and she told me to find another restroom as she would be in there for awhile. I waited another 5-10 minutes and called out again to her and she told be to go to hell she was a mother and had her rights. I told her my daughter was about to wet her pants and demanded that she release the restroom to us. She finally opened the restroom door while she was yelling at me about her rights and she was alone and not handicapped at all and she had her laptop in one hand and her charger in the other hand. She was using the AC outlet to charge her laptop while my daughter was in dire need of a restroom. Is this right? Can you please cover the AC outlets in the family rooms as the special needs persons need the restrooms more that a middle aged laptop nut needs you free charging station. I sincerely hope that you address this situation because I am sure it happens a lot at your airport. Sincerely Thomas M Hayes
