St. Louis jewelry and loan

Most of their jewelry is jewelry Walmart and they sell it for more. I have purchased jewelry from then before and it always breaks them the owner Bill blames the customer even after a day of wearing the jewelry. What he does is cheats you on the gold then charges you to fix it. Bill is very rude and he does NOT value his customers! There were 3 other customers there upset about transactions they made with him. One said "he is robbing the hood" one of his workers also shared how he has been "robbing the hood for years." I would rate them a 0 if I could.
