Provided by YP.comHusband had lens inserted along w cataract surgery. Facility failed to mention that the anesthesiologist was not in network w UHC. So now we are sitting w a $2100 bill. Nurses were wonderful but I am furious that no one thought to inform us that EYE ANESTHESIA LLC does not contract with a major insurance carrier. Any reputable medical business would have or should have knowledge of the company they do business with and are entrusting their patients health with. So UHC paid 1% of the bill.
