After 24 years of being in the dental work force...I have never experienced such a horrible company to work for...very disconnected with employees and not supportive and liers...the facilities they offer treat contracts like DOGS!! Hey enlisted supervision and drs. that officers...you will sooner or later be a civilian like the rest of us!! Get off your high horse...you are not any better than us contractors...we work hard and we do good jobs and are respectable!!

VERY HORRIBLE BUSINESS RELATIONSHIP AND HORRIBLE TO WORK FOR....NOT TO MENTION THE FACILITY THAT ONE WORKS AT....EVEN WORSE....TALK ABOUT HARRASEMENT AND DISCRIMINATION!!!

Communications at Spectrum are terrible, pay and integrity is low and they really don't care. They are all about the money, and do not support the people they recruit, only the corporations they represent. Would not recommend working for them ! ! ! It is not a people oriented business.

Terrible place to work. Would not recommend. High turnover rate, not a secure company, and no advancement opportunityy.

Do not bother applying here. A big waste of time. They do not tell the truth in job postings. Most of their positions are temporary not permanent positions like they advertise. The health care recruiters will say ANYTHING just to get a commission or bonus. The benefits are expensive and terrible as well as the pay. They offer you a certain salary and change it to a lower salary after they hire you.
