Last time I was I was at this DMV the employee assisting me couldn't stop playing Candy Crush on her cell phone. I have also tried to call on various occasions and it says if you leave a message they will call you back. Sounds great but the voice mailbox is ALWAYS full. Appears they don't even listen to their messages to delete them.

I have been to this license bureau twice within the last week and I have nothing but great things to say. I went in on a Saturday morning (the last Saturday of the month-yikes!) and I waited less than five minutes before my number was called. Unfortunately I was missing a document I needed, but the woman at the counter was very helpful in that she gave me detailed directions on how to get what I needed. I went back the following Monday, and even though I walked in literally right before they closed, the man who helped me was very nice and very accepting of my apology for coming in at the very last minute.
