Founded in 1937, the Shaw Park Aquatic Center offers a variety of recreational and lap swimming classes throughout the summer. It features a more than 50-meter competition pool, dive tank and zero-depth children s pool. The center offers different membership plans for youths, adults, families and older citizens. Located in Clayton, Mo., the Shaw Park Aquatic Center is managed by the city s Department of Parks and Recreation, which is responsible for the management, maintenance and day-to-day operations of the parks and recreation facilities. The department also offers comprehensive leisure services and recreational opportunities to individuals of all ages, abilities and interests.
