My long-haired Coton de Tulear has been coming here since he was a puppy and they have always done a fantastic job with him, keeping him neat and elegantly trimmed in his puppy cut every few weeks. Even when he made a mess of himself and had to be shaved, they spent hours trying to save his beautiful coat before having to go the shaved route. Set up a regular appointment and even your difficult to care for dog will be the handsomest dog on the block.

Serenity Pet Spa has the worst customer service I've ever encountered. I will never bring my dog there again and wouldn't recommend to anyone.

Been going to Serenity Pet Spa for years, even when they located some other place. They make my German Shepherd look gorgeous after a bath. He loves them, too. I am an animal professional - I recommend them to my clients. BTW, my Blacky loves these groomers.

I have taken my dogs to these groomers since before they opened this location, and I absolutely LOVE them! The genuine care and love they have for animals shines through & through! First and foremost when choosing animal care providers, I have to feel comfortable that there is a genuine love of animals, and that my dogs will be handled with care and respect. There is no doubt in about that whatsoever with this owner & her staff! And the work they do is absolutely top notch! You won't find more competitive pricing for the quality of work and level of care this Spa offers... I recommend Serenity Pet Spa to everyone I know with grooming needs for their beloved dogs!

The short phone conversation I had with them left me with the feeling that I had no importance as a customer; cold and indifferent.

This place has the worst customer service I've ever seen! I will never take my dog's there again. If I could give less than one star I would.
