I had major problems with my sinks and toilets they came out gave me an estimate. They were very reasonable fast and I couldn't be more happier. I would recommend them to everyone. They are true professionals.

I originally called Sentinel Plumbing because of the good reviews on this site. I made an appointment for Bill to come out Saturday morning. When he didn't show up I figured I'll just go with someone else. He called later that evening and explained that he was in a car accident and the other drive didn't have insurance so he was dealing with that all day. He appologized and offered to do the work for half price. I figured I would give it a shot. He did a great job and explained what was going on with our pipes. He knows what he is doing and will do a good job for you at a reasonable price. I do not think he is a licensed plumber, but the reviews speak for themselves. I took one star off because it took him until Saturday evening to call me back.

We live in a 112 year old house and nothing is easy to fix. We needed to fix a leaking bathtub drain which should have been easy but was not due to the age of our home and location of the pipes. This was an emergency situation as water was pouring out of our kitchen cabinets. Bill and his assistant showed up quickly and tackled the job. Bill and his assistant were polite (they cleaned up every bit of plaster off the floor), courteous, showed up on time and most importantly is prices are very reasonable. I would highly recommend Bill and Sentinel Plumbing.

I want to say I was very, very satisfied the service I recv'd from Bill and his company. I was very upset about a bathroom faucet leak that I had just paid for less than two weeks ago with another plumber T. Booker. Please watch out for him. My bathtub faucet started leaking again after two days. Not just a drip, but a full force running of constant hot water. I guess $80.00 only gets you a two day repair. Bill came right out figured out what was still wrong and had discovered the other plumber had done anything. He hadn't even installed the simple washer.. Bill was very friendly, explained everything to my kids while I was at work, fixed the problem for real, and even gave me a break on my bill. I will be definitely recommending him to everyone I know.

Sentinel Plumbing did and excellent and amazing job. They installed 2 toilets and 2 sink fixtures , the owner Billy Ramsdell and his crew were very courteous , on time ,quoted me a price that remained the same when the job was finished. Bill came to my house to replace a floor drain outside of my basement door and cable my main drain pipe. He was on time and very fair with the price. He had to break up the concrete for the floor drain, replace the pipe and pour more concrete. He did this within a couple hours. The patch looks very nice and he cleaned up after himself.

Wow! These guys are the best. They came in and rebuilt my kitchen sink and put in a new garbage disposal. Bill was very fair with the price. I'd reccomend them to anyone.

Bill being a new business and his crew did a good job. Had a sound in my main water line and didn't know what to do. My wife chose the first plumber she came across and it was this company. They did a bunch of digging in my front yard only to find out they should have replaced the whole pipe. Like I said they finished the job but did leave my front yard and sidewalk a mess, which my neighbors called the city about so we had to clean up. Bill is a man of his word, he was unsure of the job but said he would finish and did.

Bill and his worker came and did a great job fixing multiple leaks around the house. They were fast, effecient and friendly. They even cleaned up after themselves. I would 100% recommend them to anyone. Two thumbs way up!

Bill did a fantastic job replacing my main sewer line. He and his crew are courteous, conscientious and they didn't try to sell my anything I didn't need. Highly reccomended.

Without a doubt I'd recommend Sentinel. Billy and his assistant were on-time, clean (at first) respectful and professional. He only charged me $200 to replace my toilet. He found some rotted wood beneath and rather than just leaving it as-is, he spent another hour replacing wood below the toilet in the basement. I was expecting him to add on more $$ for the extra work but Billy said "no problem" and politely asked that I recommend him to friends and family. I've never reviewed anyone until this great example of customer service! Thanks Billy!

Sentinel Pluming came to my home. Bid me on putting a new bathroom in my basement, and the price was right. He did a very professional job. And did a VERY clean job. I would recommend him to anybody that needs ANY plumbing work.

LOVED!!!! the service and professional attitude from this gentleman. I had a toilet stopped up and had overflowed somewhat already, no matter what I did I could not get it to go down, I heard about sentinel plumbing from a friend, called him, he came over within the hour, with the equipment necessary to snake the toilet and alleviate the problem!!! His prices were unbelievably reasonable and felt very safe with him in my home to correct this problem. AND he even called me back the next day to make sure all was O.K. Would highly recommend him.
