Quick and awesome! I had a leak, they came out in less than 45 minutes. Bill and Doug were so courteous and professional. I will call them for any future needs and recommend them to anyone!

I bought a house needed some plumbing done though the house from the streets and the basement and they came back to put a toilet in for me I will have them back

I had sentinel plumbing came and install a sink and toilet they were very reliable and on point.They had very respectable employee's,they were on time and they did a great job

Sentenal plumbing employee doug copeland came out and installed a toilet for us at a very reasonable price and was very professional in their work..I highly recommend sentenal plumbing to any one who appreciates honesty and fair price for grade a workmanship

While this street address is different than the address that is on the contracts my mom signed, the phone # is one and the same, so can only assume it is the same business. It's unfortunate that there is no way to rate this business with "0" stars, because they are worth less than zero!! We have attempted a number of times to give this man & his business an opportunity to do the right thing, but now that we have been told by them that they plan to do NOTHING to correct the shoddy work that my mom has already paid them over $6,000.00 to do, I'm following up on my promise. They were hired, and signed contracts, to repair a sewer back up in my mom's basement and to stop a leak from the water line in the front of her basement. They jerry-rigged the leak in the front of her basement and it is now worse than when it started, and they destroyed her concrete parking pad in her back yard to repair the clay pipes to the sewer. After digging a 10 foot deep hole, and improperly filing it & tamping it down before pouring the new concrete section, that portion has now sunk to the point that we feel it is dangerous to park a vehicle on it, not to mention unsightly. We initially sent a certified, signature required letter to them requesting that they honor both of their contracts. We told them that if they elected to ignore us, I would be following up with social media sites, various news media, and the BBB. The letter was never accepted by them. Then a family member called and spoke to Doug who came back out to my mom's house with the same kind of song and dance "bs" that he and the owner Bill gave her the whole time they were smiling to her face and stabbing her in the back. Smooth talking shysters! He claimed it was all his fault, Bill had been out of town and he simply forgot about getting back to her. Well, they got back to her and told her no, they weren't doing anything about it, it had been over a year since they were out. What they don't mention is the number of times she called them and was belittled and brushed off or just totally ignored, not to mention their contract clearly states, in "Billy" Ramsdell's handwriting, that they "Warranty all work and parts 10 year's" (his incorrect grammar, not mine). Remember the name, & be sure that you nor any of your friends/family fall for their line of "bs", they are not a credible company and do not stand behind their LACK of workmanship!! We are so thankful for the work Sentinel did! Not only did they take our call after hours, they gave us the best price & were able to start work right away on a holiday weekend. They were very professional & knowledgeable. They will definitely be the ones we call next time we need anything! And we recommend them to all our friends, family, & you!!!

I called Bill to ask some basic questions about an issue we were having and he was absolutely amazing! He answered all my questions gave me a general price of what it would cost without any complications which was 70 to 100 less than what I had been told by some other places. He explained how to find our yard vent something that a person who had been out earlier wouldn't even help my husband look for! After dealing with a few things had to call Bill back to have him send someone out to fix the problem. It was after house and he was more then willing to send someone out Doug who was awesome! Came here and was here for an hour working to get things fixed. Not only did he fix the problem but he gave us suggestions on a couple other things we were having issues with and even went outside and helped my husband actually find the yard vent which was buried down about 4 inches in our front yard! I will MOST DIFFIDENTLY be calling them back if we ever need further jobs done. Reasonable, Fast, Polite and very Professional! If I could give more than 5 stars I really would!

These guys were awesome! I'm managing a house for a friend who lives in Baltimore, and I needed to have a leaky kitchen faucet fixed. They came over within an hour and had it fixed in no time. They were even awesome with setting up payments with the owner out-of-state! Thanks guys :)

These guys come out at the drop of a hat at 3am. When you have kids who are going to need to use the only toilet in the house, that is priceless.

They were on time and their price was very reasonable. Fixed my leak and were efficient in their work. Will recomomend them in the future.

my sump pump went out on a Sunday called they were here within a few hours and did a wonderful job replacing it and making sure everything was working fine. Would definitely use again.

Run away from this business as fast as you can!!! I paid them $240 for a leaking bathtub faucet and still have a leaking faucet. The charge was $60.00 for a replacement cartridge and $180.00 for a job that took less than 45 minutes. It took 45 minutes because the plumber put the parts on upside down the first time and had to turn them over. When he left I noticed that the faucet was still leaking and called them back. He came back and immediately ran the water without checking that it was leaking, had me turn the water off and then said it wasn't leaking, and if it was leaking was normal and left. Now I will have to call and pay another plumber.

Bill (owner) and Daryl (co-worker) came out today ahead of schedule, couldn't get the clog resolved with first snake/auger machine brought out, so came back with a larger machine that was out on another job in the same morning! They were slightly higher in price, but well worth it! Bill was very honest, straight forward and took the time to explain the step-wise approach of troubleshooting the clog and potential causes since it wasn't tree roots, but a soft clog due to likely a build-up of cooking grease/fat/oil. Always, Always, Always, collect the grease/fat/oil off the food, BUT NEVER POUR DOWN the drain. Bill took the time to point out the fats that the auger broke up as he was pulling it back out of the stack clean-out. He mentioned there may be a slight downward bend in the pipe so instead of a straight angle down to sewer main, there's a slight dip such that there's likely puddle and all material flowing through may build up/collect and now the 4" pipe is constricted. Like ----~---- instead of --------. He says next steps may be to camera/locate and either straighten line if abs/pvc by correcting sag or replacing failed section. We contacted the Bore's company who came out the last time, but all they sounded interested in doing is exactly what they did when the came out less than 6 months ago. Call me crazy, but doing the same thing and expecting different results wasn't my idea of fun. Bottom-line: professional, courteous, polite, thorough. I'll likely need them again and they'll be my first call!

sentinel plumbing was fantastic they came out 25min.after i called them and had my plumbing issue handle within the hour ,awesome ,stand up work ...hats off!

Service was quick and accurate, they diagnosed what the problem was with the plumbing and got right to work. I would highly recommend Sentinel for any major or minor plumbing issues.

We have a large facitlity. They are always extremely professional, reasonably priced, and quick to respond. We only call Sentinel plumbing when we have any plumbing issues. If something isn't right they will make it right. Bill is the right guy to go with. Thank you Bill for all you have done for us.

I had Sentinel Plumbing come out last Tuesday to resolve an issue with a flooding basement, and I couldn't be more pleased. Bill was easily the most courteous and knowledgeable plumber I've ever dealt with, and, most importantly, true to his word. He'll definitely be my plumber of choice from now on.

My wife and I have called Bill twice now and he always does the job well. We just called him for our basement drain backing up. As soon as he walked in, he could tell me what the problem was, what was causing it, and had the right tools to do the job. Bill has always been respectful, fair and polite and we will ABSOLUTELY call him in the future!
